Device characteristics
High boiling point agent

1. Precision rotor
The strong turbulence produced by the scraping diaphragm deeply immersed in the liquid film leads to a better heat transfer on the heating surface than that of other rotor systems (e.g. PTFE tubes on large metal rods). 2. Precise built-in condenser

3. Mist separator
The mist separator is necessary for this product. It can be inserted between the rotor scraping diaphragms or behind the scraping diaphragms. Device type
The short-range distiller works under high vacuum conditions, and it has special requirements for scraping diaphragm and built-in condenser. In order to reduce the thickness of liquid film and strengthen the displacement of liquid layer, the company divides it into two types according to the types of scraping diaphragm:
Sy-a short range distiller
The type of scraping film is radial sliding type, which evolved from wfe-va film evaporator; The blade is embedded in the U-Guide groove of the rotor. When the rotor rotates, the blade slides from the inner diameter of the U-Guide groove to the heating wall under the action of centrifugal force. The guide grooves are evenly distributed around the rotor circumference (see Fig. 1). The rotor is squirrel cage type, and a dynamic vapor-liquid separation device is set between the guide grooves to prevent the splashing and entrainment of liquid drops.
